IGZ WANT CLOSURE TO ALTERNATIVE CARE PRACTICE EYE4CARE HARLINGEN
The Healthcare Inspectorate believes that Eye4Care (practical alternative treatments Harlingen) should be closed. The reason for this is that the inspection has found the facts in an investigation, in which patients health 's walk with risk (permanent) damage. As the Inspectorate does not have the power to close itself to proceed, it shall report to the Attorney Leeuwarden. Inspectorate wants the OM the therapists gives the command to stop their behavior. Inspectorate challenges two physiotherapists at the clinic attached to the Regional Disciplinary Board.
The Healthcare Inspectorate has the following issues found objectionable:
- No or insufficient communication with the formal (no collection or failure to provide necessary information).
- Intervene in conventional treatments (reject interference or remember).
- Lack of expertise and competence.
- Improper use of improper materials.
- Incompetent and unable to perform restricted actions.
- Provision and use of unauthorized drugs.
- Lack of quality.
- Giving false and misleading information to patients.

Fall 2003: It is no longer employed by Robert in Eye4care our opinion is a major concern. Robert was always very clear the man who was knowledgeable and basically the only well within Eye4care that the treatments did. Of patients we were always told: Robert is the one that you should have, Robert is the man with the knowledge. Now he is a conflict with the organization of Eye4care there for more than one year does not seem to us also not advisable to start treatment at Eye4care, but is obviously still everyone's choice. We advise in any way you know. Concern is that it also Dirk Pathuis, the director of Eye4care, coolly last year and our patients for months said that Robert was working and just treated patients.
