Ms.. W. we received the appeal on rejection of the reimbursement of TACE and LITT treatments with Dr. Vogl for liver tumors from colorectal cancer   and other cancers. Oi is the objection, drafted by a lawyer, a doctor with a good response to the arguments of CVD for TACE and LITT not compensate for liver tumors from other cancers or liver cancer. We have submitted this letter to a lawyer and agreed that this bezwaarschift a reasonably good chance the court would have or arbitration board. Update April 4, 2008: From a cancer patient (many thanks to family so B.) we write offciele which they received treatment with TACE followed by LITT still after appeal have been fully refunded.
