Breast cancer care book offers comprehensive information about the discovery, diagnosis, treatment and aftercare of breast cancer. Topics are: signals from breast cancer, breast examinations, operations, radiotherapy and chemo and hormone therapy. Also provides information on alternative treatments. In addition, the book gives information about the aftercare: breast prostheses and reconstruction, physiotherapy, lymph edema and fatigue (handle). But the book is not limited to medical topics. Also the psychosocial effects and processing are discussed extensively in chapters on thoughts and feelings, faith and belief, the partner and sexuality. Because breast cancer can also affect young women, pregnancy and heredity are topics like child wish to bid. In addition, the focus is on ' business ' topics such as aid, medical expenses, the consequences for work and patients ' rights. Particularly in the book is that there is a lot of attention for the experiential side.
