Car vaccination in colon cancer. Oncovax gives significantly better result on survival, survival time and time to relapse in patients with darmkanker stadum II. Erbitux - Cetuximab shows no positive effect in addition to chemotherapy in colorectal cancer (FOLFOX regimen). Phase III trial is therefore broken. Erbitux does work in cancer patients with wild type KRAS, even without chemo. Article updated October 21, 2010

Erbitux - Cetuximab and / or panitumumab in colorectal cancer patients will only wild-type KRAS tumors with a positive clinical effect of 10% to 15%. In all other cases (40%) is Erbitux - Cetuximab and / or panitumumab.niet, when given alongside chemotherapy, this drug even negative effects such as shorter disease-free time, shorter median survival and more severe side effects. RFA. - Radio Frequency Ablation for small liver tumors - 3 cm. or less - is superior to ethanol injection demonstrated by recent randomized study.
