Erbitux - Cetuximab shows no positive effect in addition to chemotherapy in colorectal cancer (FOLFOX regimen). Phase III trial is therefore broken. Erbitux does work in cancer patients with wild type KRAS, even without chemo. Article updated October 21, 2010

Erbitux - Cetuximab does not help when added to FOLFOX chemotherapy as postoperative treatment for stage III colon cancer. Therefore, the ethics commission decided a phase III study prematurely abort. .
