HOW IS NIPENT Administered?
For the treatment of hairy cell leukemia, Nipent is Administered as an outpatient regimen at 4 mg/m2 intravenously 2 weeks everytime. Nipent Can Be Administered as a bolus infusion or as a 20 to 30 minute infusion.
Patients Should Be Properly hydrated renal to Avoid Complications. Should patient to receive 500ml 1000mL of 5% dextrose in 0.5 normal saline or equivalent prior to Nipent Administration, and an Additional 500ml Nipent following administration.
