Wies has made us a beautifully designed cookbook, The Cook and Cancer, partly thanks to Ineke for us several years ago made the prescriptions. Ineke is unfortunately deceased but with this cookbook, we continue to remember her. We have not succeeded in finding a publisher and this cookbook so we now offer our free digital OPS donors, sometimes as thanks for your years of support. This cookbook many wonderful recipes for desserts, smoothies, etc. and together with brief additional information. Including articles about the value of organic food, about what essential polysaccharides and sugars are widespread in fungi, a brief interview with Jannie Veerman, years of cooking counselor Moerman Association, House Walk on the buoy, and food in the hospital.
