This site has evolved from the experiences of three of us. Anthony (see Antoine medical records ), Shifra and her parents (see Shifra medical record ) and Kees (See Kees medical records ). But we are convinced that many other people with similar stories and experiences. On this page, we want stories consultation and contact with the sender.
