Last month a new scan has confirmed that clinical cancer is still Teun. It has been three years since Teun in the Medical Center has begun treatment with dendritic cell therapy and local hyperthermia after his electro Belgian oncologists had told him that nothing could be done. March 14, 2009: Teun van Vliet, former world champion cyclist and yellow jersey in the Tour de France in 2001 had surgery for a brain tumor, a glioblastoma multiforme grade 1 . In 2006 he suffered a relapse and had been inoperable glioblastoma grade IV and in the meantime. Aid was still completely irradiated but lost his speech and coordination ability. Wits' end trying Teun treatment with hyperthermia and dendritic cell therapy with Dr. Robert Gorter in the Medical Center Cologne. Last week, in March 2009, Teun let us know that it is still doing very well with him. A new scan was again confirmed that he still has clinical cancer. He is now over two and half years later, he still speaks better than back in the video and its coordination capacity is almost fully recovered. It seems more certain that his inoperable brain Teun glioblastoma multiforme grade IV against all odds has overcome.
